Stay active with our stand up paddleboarding network
If you are a confident paddler and would like to get out regularly and take your paddling to the next level while meeting new people then come and join our SUP club. Whatever your ability you can make the most of our membership discounts below!
We advise having a fair amount of previous paddling experience before joining the club but there’s absolutely no worries if you do want to join but aren’t sure of your own ability yet. These sessions are always led by one of our experienced lead coaches, just check the session description (or get in touch) before joining trips for the first time as some sessions require more experience on the Tideway for example out Thames Skills & Knowledge trips or longer paddles.
The club is run across our 3 locations with the majority of SUP club trips running from Kew Bridge but there are also some trips further afield. Most trips are scheduled taking into account what the tide times are for the river (for trips from Kew) what the conditions are and what members would like to do.
Check out our locations and membership options below.
360 SUP Club trips are led by a coach/es but you will need to be reasonably self sufficient as a paddler. You must be able to confidently paddle without instruction and have the ability to comfortably self rescue to join. You can always make the most of the discounts the club membership has to offer on Active 360 group, private sessions and rentals before joining the SUP Club trips.

Weekday Club Sessions
Tuesday evening club sessions at Kew. Also any evenings when the tides work well for open sessions with discounts for club members.
Weekend Longer Paddles
Regular weekend paddles on the Thames or Canals. Usually from Kew on the Ebb or Flood tide but sometimes at our other locations – Ladbroke Grove and Brentford Lock or further afield.
Thames Skills & Knowledge (TSK) Trips
Trips on the Tidal Thames (Tideway) including night paddles and trips downriver of Putney Bridge.
Discounts on all Equipment Hire
Save money on individual rentals at all our locations and for equipment for club trips further afield.
Membership Options
All our membership options include discounts across all club and group sessions and rentals. You can also get access to discounts on equipment from selected brands that we work with. We now have access to a riverside gym for classes and training which will also be utilised when the weather isn’t suitable for paddling for club fitness sessions and training.Â
