SUP the canals of London
Brentford is a quiet canal location, Â close to the lock where the River Brent joins the Grand Union Canal. There is access to showers and changing rooms, along with a new pontoon to access the canal. Ideal for beginners sessions, children’s parties, youth groups, family groups, or groups of adults looking to try SUP in a quiet, mellow location with very little boat traffic.Â

HOW TO FIND US
Turn right onto Commerce Road (at the Holiday Inn). At the end of the road turn right at Paddlers Avenue (we are located halfway down the avenue). Check out transport options and maps below.
Brentford overground station is a 10 – 15 minute walk to Brentford Lock. There is a regular train service from London Waterloo and from Weybridge. You can check train times and destinations on the National Rail Enquiries website.
There are several buses going direct to Commerce Road and also on nearby Brentford High St there are regular busses from Hammersmith and Hounslow. For routes and times please visit the Transport for London website.
There is secure cycle parking inside a locked area at the venue. You can cycle along the towpath to reach us and we are close to the new mostly segregated cycle route which connects to Hammersmith.
The closest car park is the Holiday Inn car park, for which you pay an hourly rate. There is also Pay&Display parking at Brentford High Street.Â
