We offer open group or private lessons for anyone who would like to learn to SUP for the first time or to refresh skills on a new part of the River Thames or London canals. We offer discounts for returning paddlers!

You can independently explore the routes we love starting from one of our bases on the Grand Union Canal. Alternatively you can pick up the equipment and take it away to create your own adventure.

Paddle & Pick
If you care about the environment and feel you want to do a bit more than recycle your household waste - join us in our environmental campaigns to protect marine environments. We are extremely lucky to live in a city build around a majestic and powerful, yet very fragile river. Take some time to get to know the River Thames more and understand how human consumerism affects it. Join us on one of our plastic river and canal clean ups!

Bespoke & Team Building
We can cater for groups of up to 30+ at our locations. Whether it’s a Birthday, Anniversary, Stag or Hen do or a Team Building activity for businesses we can tailor a session to suit your needs including adding a fun activity element or an environmental/eco focus. Family & Kids
SUP can be enjoyed by the whole family and can be a fun day out in London to celebrate birthdays or special occasions in a fun active way. Our Brentford Lock Location is ideal for families and kids parties/kids only sessions. Children as young as 7 can be introduced to this exciting paddlesport! We also allow under 18’s on private sessions at other locations but please enquire first to see whether this is suitable and whether we can accommodate you before booking online.

360 SUP Club
Progress in your SUP skills. Challenge yourself and become a better paddler. These sessions are specifically aimed at intermediate paddlers. We aim to offer enthusiastic paddlers opportunities for progression creating a community of all-year-round paddlers who paddle throughout the year and in all weather conditions.

Natural History Tours
Did you know that Thames is one of the cleanest urban rivers that is now home to more than 125 species of fish, which in turn support two species of seal, deep-diving cormorants, stealthy grey herons and more incredible animals? Stand up paddleboarding allows us to enjoy a unique and a very privileged perspective of the river’s wildlife, immersing ourselves in nature.

Oru Kayaks
We are now an Oru Kayak demo centre. These folding craft are very practical for anyone wanting to own a kayak but who doesn’t have space to store one. But the advantages over a traditional plastic kayak don’t stop there. Come and see what the hype is about.

TSK & Coach Training
Understand the tides and weather affecting the Thames, improve your paddling competence, paddle responsibly and safely, and become an advocate for SUP. If you think you have what it takes to share passion for SUP and teach the sport - we can support you on your coaching journey!
